Information LeadFlow collects
When you submit the contact form, LeadFlow may collect your name, business name, website or social page, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and the information included in your message. Limited technical information may also be processed to protect the form from spam and misuse.
How your information is used
LeadFlow uses this information to respond to your enquiry, understand what your business needs, discuss and agree what work is needed, protect the website and keep appropriate business records. Your details are not used for unrelated marketing unless you separately choose to receive it.

LeadFlow relies on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating the business securely, and legal obligations where records must be retained.
Who information may be shared with
